EVENT DATE CHANGE

NOTE: “a P.R. affair” will take place Monday, March 15 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

This event is postponed due to a week-long closing of California University of Pennsylvania and weather in Pittsburgh, PA.

The event venue will remain the same.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: FRIDAY, MARCH 5 AT MIDNIGHT.

IMPORTANT!

Due to an unexpected week-long closing of California University of Pennsylvania and current weather conditions in Pittsburgh, at this time, we are constrained on both registration and our finalizing the details for “a P.R. affair.” We are doing everything possible to keep our event on schedule, but in deference to the safety of those traveling, we may need to postpone to a slightly later date.

Please continue to check our site (www.regionalpr.wordpress.com) for the most up-to-date announcements on our event.

Below is additional information to address questions you may have.

WAS MY REGISTRATION FEE PROCESSED?

No.  Since our deadline to register is Wed., Feb. 10 at midnight, we did not process any payments we received. We will hold all payments until details are finalized and you are notified. In the event “a P.R. affair” is postponed to a slightly later date, we will notify you with the option to process your payment for the rescheduled event date.

IS IT TOO LATE FOR OUR MEMBERS TO REGISTER?

Our registration will remain open until further notice. Please attach registration form and send to SCH4726@calu.edu to receive event updates and information.

WHEN WILL I KNOW IF THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED?

Any event changes will be updated our site and sent via e-mail at least 1-week prior to the event.
